These devices provide two synchronized DDS-based RF channels on a single PCI card. With fine frequency, amplitude and phase control the Synth1000 products enable a number of advanced applications at a fraction of the cost of conventional equipment. The input signal of the Vibration meter software, which is the output signal of the accelerometer, i.e. the vibrational acceleration signal, is filtered by means of one of four possible digital band filters. Then, based on this signal, vibrational velocity and displacement signals are calculated by means of integrating filters. Thus, the software generates three signals which are transferred to the ZETLAB data server virtual channels created by the program and having the word “Acceleration”, “Speed” or “Displacement” in their names, respectively.Signals are averaged for a selected time interval (0.1 s, 1 s, or 10 s), after which the obtained values are displayed in the dialog box elements of the Vibration meter program. It is possible to display a root-mean-square (RMS), average amplitude or peak value.

The Handyscope HS5 is the first USB oscilloscope (USB powered) sampling at 50 MHz, with a 14 bits resolution and a 250 MHz bandwidth. This makes it possible to analyze very fast signals with very small amplitudes. The smallest distortions can be revealed due to the high resolution and bandwidth. Because of the deep memory (up to 64 MSamples on one channel), long record measurements are available for intermittent phenomena and Fast Fourier Transform calculations with over 32 million spectral lines can be performed. The PI-41401 is a four channel Clock Driver card capable of operating up to 140 MHz at 3V and 100 MHz at 5V amplitudes into a 50 Ohm load. The PI-41401 has a clock rate of 90 MHz at an amplitude of 5 volts into a 1-MOhm load. Into a high impedance load the output voltage range is from –5 volts to +8 volts with the pulse amplitude ranging from 0V to 9V. When driving a 50 load the voltage range is –2.5 volts to 4.0 volts with the pulse amplitude ranging from effectively 0V to 4.5V. Each channel has a common edgespeed control to vary the rising and falling edges of the output waveform. The adjustable slew rate range, for any amplitude, is the minimum edgespeed of that amplitude times 5. The output pulse amplitude and the load being driven determine the range of variability.
