SP5T RF Pin Diode Switches To 12 GHz
Pulsar Microwave's 5-way RF switches cover bands from 300 MHz to 12 GHz in both absorptive and reflective configuration. These SP5T switches have a rating of 200 mW maximum input power and a switching time of 100 ns. They are specified with a minimum isolation of 60 dB and most models maintain a VSWR of 1.6:1 or better on all ports. The SP5T switches are driven by TTL logic control circuitry and require both positive and negative 5-volt supplies for operation. Electromechanical Switches DC to 40 GHz
Fairview Microwave’s electromechanical switches exhibit extremely low insertion loss repeatability with guaranteed levels of 0.03 to 0.05 dB over 5 to 10 million switching cycles, depending on the model. Digital Current Integrator
The ORTEC Model 439 Digital Current Integrator was designed to accurately measure DC currents or the average value of pulse currents such as produced by accelerator beams. It digitizes the input current by producing an output pulse for specific values of input charge. A front-panel switch permit the selection of three different amounts of charge (10–10, 10–8 or 10–6 coulomb) required to produce an output pulse. The instrument has a digitizing rate from 0 to 10 kHz to provide wide dynamic range on each setting and high-resolution readout without meter interpolation.
