The Excelitas pco.flim camera system consists of the pco.flim camera and pco.flim laser, with a complete frequency synthesizer, which is required for the generation of the modulation signals in the frequency domain. The pco.flim series features a high frequency modulated CMOS image sensor that enables pixel-wise measurements of sample luminescence lifetime distributions in frequency domain suitable for fluorescence lifetime imaging. At a maximum speed of 10 Hz, full luminescence lifetime distributions can be measured at 1 Mpixel resolution. The DPSK demodulator is designed for phase modulated optical communication systems utilized in commercial, defense and space exploration markets. Optoplex’s DPSK Demodulator is based on a patented free-space optical design, which is compact, athermal and polarization-independent. Themeasured frequency drift over temperature is only ~0.02 GHz/°C for our standard passive device. Further, this DPSK Demodulator exhibits a total polarizationdependent phase shift of less than 2 degrees over the entire operating temperature range with a high extinction ratio.
