The 40-666B-012 is a single 6-channel 10A MUX and is part of our range of high current multiplexers occupying two slots of PXI chassis. Each multiplexer switch uses a fully isolated solid state relay which has been designed to offer fast operation under hot switching conditions and high inrush current with no operational life degradation. Each multiplexer channel can support 10A of continuous current and switch up to 200V signals. The switches can sustain inrush currents in excess of 50A. AC or DC signals can be switched since the switch is polarity insensitive.

Alias names for channels could be defined in a DUT specific topology file and then be used for text-based switching. These alias names are also shown in the Konrad System Manager allowing easy debugging of test sequences. LadyBug wideband Power Sensors feed power waveform samples into high speed A/D converters. The measured power is processed and then delivered as required by the user. These sensors are capable of delivering everything from basic power, to time domain scope-like profiles of the modulated waveform, such as the pulse shown at right. Multiple time gated measurements, crest factor, pulse power, and statistical measurements are all possible with these sensors.

This is achieved using the DSCUSB Toolkit software, which is a simple configuration tool designed specifically for configuring DSCUSB modules. It allows configuration, calibration, logging and parameter management of the modules.
