DO-254/CTS™ is a fully customized hardware and software platform that augments target board testing to increase verification coverage by test and satisfy the verification objectives of DO-254/ED-80. The target design runs at-speed in the target device mounted on the custom daughter board. The simulation testbench is used as test vectors to enable requirements-based testing with 100% FPGA pin-level controllability and visibility necessary to implement normal range and abnormal range tests. The FPGA testing results are captured at-speed and displayed using a simulator waveform viewer for advanced analysis and documentation.

Automated and Manually Operated Antenna Masts. The Com-Power AM series antenna masts are motorized and designed for EMI testing. Antenna mast Model AM-400 allows antenna height variation from 1 to 4 meters, and Model AM-600 can vary antenna height from 1 to 6 meters. They are constructed using non conductive fiber glass material. The antenna is mounted on a one piece cross boom, which is attached to a slider assembly. The slider assembly rides over the length of the mast on delrin wheels. It is pulled by a rope and pulley mechanism powered by a electric motor. The slider assembly is equipped with a spring loaded braking mechanism to prevent inadvertent descent should the rope fail.

LCG-1600 Goniophotometeric System carries out measuring methods of fixed location and rotating luminaires. The measured luminaire is installed on the two-dimension rotating table, using “+” laser to make the luminaire lighting center superposed with the rotating center of rotating table. The mechanical equipment allows turning the tested luminaires around a vertical axis and a horizontal axis. When tested luminaires turn around horizontal axis, the detector which is at the same level with rotating table will measure the intensity of each direction at this surface. When rotating with vertical axis, the detector will measure the intensity at the vertical surface. The vertical and horizontal axis can be rotated continuously at ±180° or 0~360°. According to the measurement requirements, the system can be operated in C-γ coordinates. When getting intensity distribution data, computer will calculate other photometric parameters automatically.
