The SCS-814 and SCS-815 amplifier/filter module provides eight 8-pole low-pass filters that can be individually configured for a cutoff-frequency from 0.5Hz to 70kHz(SCS-814) and 0.5Hz to 60kHz(SCS-815). Each of the SCS-814/SCS-815's eight channels features an instrumentation amplifier with software-selectable gains of 1 to 1000 in 1-2-5 steps.

Video Distribution Amplifiers (sometimes called a video splitter – not to be confused with a video split screen controller such as our PXD510E split screen controller) are typically used for connecting a camera or other video source to several monitors that do not have “looping” inputs. In this situation, each monitor has a permanent 75 ohm termination. With two non-looping monitors connected together, the line would be double loaded and result in a dim picture on each monitor. Using a Video Distribution Amplifier will solve this problem by driving each monitor individually at 100%.
