In this system, sample is prepared for analysis by diluting stack gas with clean, dry instrument air at the probe location. MAC introduces two versions of Rail Wheel Testers using ECHOMAC® PA platform based on customer requirements. One is a semi-automated solution using local immersion technique. Used for tread inspection of new and/or reprofiled wheels. This solution meets or exceeds EN13262, ISO5948 or AAR M-107/M-208 standards for tread inspection. The second solution is a fully automated immersion tank. Performs tread and face inspection of rail wheels using two phased array probes simultaneously. This solution meets or exceeds EN13262, ISO5948 or AAR M-107/M-208 standards for tread and face inspection, while monitoring the backwall on the face side per EN 13262.

An easy-to-use, out-lens type scanning electron microscope (SEM) equipped with a Schottky electron gun, as well as a new FIB column capable of large current processing (maximum ion current 90nA) installed into one chamber. JIB-4610F enables high-resolution SEM observation after high-speed cross-section milling with FIB, and high-speed analysis with a variety of analytical instruments, such as energy dispersive X-ray spectroscopy (EDS) that takes advantage of the Schottky electron gun delivering a large probe current (200nA), electron back scatter diffraction (EBSD) to perform crystallographic characterization, and cathodoluminescence (CLD). In addition, the 3D analysis function Cut & See is included in the standard configuration, allowing cross-section milling to be executed automatically at fixed intervals, while acquiring SEM images for each cross section.

EOL test for manufacturing of bulbs with LED for applications requiring to ensure watertightness: vehicles, marine, swimming pools, operating rooms, classified areas (Ex Zone), etc. The test system checks in a short time all the light and electrical characteristics of the bulb. A high precision Micro Leakage Meter also checks that there are no leaks between the environment and the inside of the bulb. The test results are recorded on the PC and can be printed on a quality control label attached to each unit.
