Wireless fixtures solve the challenges associated with the nest of wires found in standard long wire fixtures. Wireless fixtures replace the “nest” of wires with copper traces on a multilayered printed circuit board called a Translator Board or T-Board®. Circuit Check’s wireless fixture technologies reduce test program debug and maintenance times while easing the ECO process. Boundary Scan Test

Boundary Scan is a very useful tool for quick, low-cost, re-usable powered-up test of an assembly for basic functionality. Because a fixture with test probes is not required, it is possible to have a working test available within hours or days, rather than weeks. Designers can receive rapid feedback on their prototype boards with tests that can be used again during production testing, as well as for device programming. Given power, ground and Tap port signals, tests can be written to assess the performance of the boundary scan enabled parts on an assembly and other parts on the boundary scan chain.

The GX5960 series consists of the GX5961 clock generator board with 16 driver / sensor channels and the GX5964 driver / sensor board which supports 32 bi-directional I/O channels. Up to 528 digital I/O channels can be supported by the GX5960 digital subsystem. Each digital channel features a wide drive / sense voltage range of -14 V to +26 V (maximum swing of 24 volts) which can be individually programmed for a drive hi, drive lo, sense hi, sense lo, and a load value (with commutation voltage level) – offering the user complete flexibility when creating test programs and fixtures for multiple UUTs.
