Rad Hard GaN FETs
Wide band gap semiconductor technologies such as Gallim Nitride Field Effect Transistors (GaN FETs) have been gaining interest for power management and conversion in space applications. These devices feature higher breakdown voltage, lower RDS(ON) and very low gate charge enabling power management systems to operate at higher switching frequencies while still achieving higher efficiency and a smaller solution footprint. There is an additional benefit from GaN devices that make them attractive to the space market. These devices are inherently immune to total ionizing dose radiation.

Volume Production Oscillators
Volume production oscillators utilize either high performance GaAs Gunn diodes with high Q cavity designs or state-of-the-art FET devices with dielectric resonators to yield excellent phase noise and stability. These oscillators are free running with extremely high frequency and power stability. The oscillators are generally designed and manufactured for fixed frequency applications. However, fine frequency adjustments can be achieved by mechanically tuning the provided self-locking screw. While the below standard models are offered for immediate production release, custom models are also available.

The DF-600 Differential Active Probe is a high input impedance and low input capacitance probe. It also supports extremely high frequency bandwidth, and high voltage input. It is designed using three OP amps, namely two FET buffer OP amps and a low offset OP amp. Therefore, even with long-term operations, the measured voltage will not drift. X-Ray And Gamma Detector Systems
The XR-100CR is a new high performance x-ray detector, preamplifier, and cooler system using a thermoelectrically cooled Si-PIN photodiode as an xray detector. Also mounted on the 2-stage cooler are the input FET and a novel feedback circuit. These components are kept at approximately -55 °C, and are monitored by an internal temperature sensor. The hermetic TO-8 package of the detector has a light tight, vacuum tight thin Beryllium window to enable soft xray detection. The XR-100T-CdTe represents a breakthrough in xray detector technology by providing “off-the-shelf” performance previously available only from expensive cryogenically cooled systems. Low Noise Differential Preamplifiers
