Real Time Switch is a real time timer which can be used to switch electrical appliances like street lamps, garden lights, corridor lights, neon signs etc as per time of the day. The timer has built in almanac timings fixed in nonvolatile ram so that the user does not have to programme the unit from time to time. This has added advantage over daily dial or weekly timers. Timer provides two outputs to drive contractors of different ratings. These outputs can be used with different combinations to achieve desired output. Timer is provided with manual override facility. Optional detachable external keyboard unit provided to avoid unauthorized access.

The new design of these transition time converters ensures very low signal reflection far beyond the 3 dB point, unlike conventional converters. Reducing the signal transition-times also increases the overall pulse-performance for overshoot/reflection sensitive applications. The converters are fitted with SMA connectors, one male, one female. These converters have been designed to convert the fixed transition-times of the Keysight 8133A 3 GHz timing generator (<100 ps transitions) to slower, fixed transition-times (150 ps, 250 ps, 500 ps, 1 ns, 2 ns) hence reducing the signal bandwidth. All transition-times are from 10% to 90% of amplitude.

Benchmarks also showed that users can keep up with 500 MS/s sampling on one channel for 2048 point streaming FFTs.
