The parallel tester Fineliner enables two-sided contact with fne structures. The rigid needle adapter with a pitch of ≥ 400μmalso allows a high contact density. This results in a large test depth on the substrate.The integrated DMC reader ensures a correct test result assignment. AOI Handlings System
The AOI handling system is a compact facility with various test units. Via an ionization cleaning station the ceramics are transferred to the contacting station. There, the resistance values of the substrates are tested with a rigid needle adapter. Afterward, the ceramics are further conveyed to the three (optionally four) AOI test stations (for automatic optical inspection) and are tested for cracks, unevenness, faulty imprints, contamination, etc. The poorly evaluated ceramics arrive at a review station where the operator can assess and evaluate the errors on the monitor. If the operator is uncertain about a fault, the ceramic in question can be positioned under the microscope position and inspected by eye. Poorly defined ceramics are marked accordingly with an ink pen.

This probe is designed for those technicians that want the best tool available. The Model 250SSP is supplied with a cone-shaped tip and a duckbill tip that is longer and flatter, permitting insertion into larger cables, or cables under tension where slack cannot be obtained. Another feature is the built in speaker for audio without the need for a butt set or headset. The speaker is operated by a slide switch that has a "lock" position for continuous monitoring.

The DMC-52xx0 EtherCAT Master is Galil Motion Control's first 32 axis motion controller. It is a pure EtherCAT controller capable of controlling up to 32 drives and 2 IO modules on one EtherCAT Network in a small, space efficient package. The DMC-52xx0 makes configuration and programming easy with just a handful of EtherCAT configuration commands and Galil’s intuitive, two-letter programming language. The DMC-52xx0 is offered in 2, 4, 8, 16, and 32 axis formats. Coordinated moves can be done within banks of 8 allowing for minimal changes to Galil’s programming language. Galil supports a variety of EtherCAT drives to accommodate most applications. The DMC-52xx0 operates in Cyclic Synchronous Position mode (CSP). In this mode the servo control loop is closed on the EtherCAT drive while the Galil sends motion profile data at a 1 kHz rate. The DMC-52xx0 features 8 uncommitted opto-isolated inputs and 8 uncommitted opto-isolated high power outputs. It also includes 8 uncommitted analog inputs and 8 uncommitted analog outputs. One 100 Mbps Ethernet port and one USB (serial) port are provided for communication with a host PC or external devices.
