The 2960AR has a rubidium timebase and provides two 10MHz and one 5MHz sine wave outputs. The 2965AR has a rubidium timebase and provides one 10MHz, one 5MHz and one signal generator output. The signal generator output uses Direct Digital Synthesizer (DDS) technology and is programmable from 100Hz to 50MHz via an RS232 serial interface.
