Ethernet Flying Lead
Qualified 100m Subsea Ethernet jumpers designed for data transmission and real-time situational awareness and monitoring. The typical Ethernet harness system consists of wet-mateable, Nautilus connectors, Nautilus penetrators, and pressure balanced, oil-filled (PBOF) hose conduits. Internally, the Ethernet signals are transmitted over custom Ethernet cabling sealed to seawater ingress by two independent barriers. Seven and 12-way configurations are available. Wafer Bonder
AML
Wafer bonding has found many applications in the field of MST, MEMS and micro engineering. These include the fabrication of pressure sensors, accelerometers, micro-pumps and other fluid handling devices. The process is also used for first-order packaging of silicon microstructures to isolate package-induced stresses. The OAI AML Wafer Bonder facilitates both the alignment and bonding to be performed in-situ, in a high vacuum chamber. For anodic bonding the wafers are loaded cold and heated in the process chamber. For high accuracy alignment the wafers are aligned and brought into contact only after the process temperature has been reached, thus avoiding differential thermal expansion effects which can compromise alignment. The AML Wafer Bonder is excellent for anodic bonding, silicon direct and thermal compression bonding applications. These features enable the bonder to be used with virtually any processing tool.

The full scale range is specified by the end user. A NIST traceable calibration certificate is standard. Many corrosive gases and pressures up to 1000 psig are easily measured. CSZ's rapid decompression test chamber is designed to simulate rapid decompression for testing aircraft avionics. The environmental chamber meets the environmental conditions and test procedures for airborne equipment referenced in the RTCA DO-160 test specification. The DO-160 specification was designed to test sudden pressure changes starting from 8,000 feet to 60,000 feet (536 to 55 Torr) in 15 seconds. An altitude of 8,000 feet (536 Torr) was used for the initial cabin altitude and 60,000 feet was used for the final cabin altitude after decompression. This test specification is used to identify failures of materials inside of the cabin and the reaction to the surrounding environment.
