Connection is by high performance front panel mounted SMA or SMA-2.9 connectors.

They are available in a variety of configurations that allow testing with differing number of devices to be tested and different connection widths to suit differing test equipment pin counts. Scalable LXI MEMS Fiber Optic Switching
This LXI Optical Switching range consists of our LXI Scalable Chassis (model 65-200-002) that can be easily reconfigured by the removal and insertion of our optical switching plug-in modules shown below. The unit is purchased as an empty chassis along with the number of plug-in modules initially required (up to six optical matrix or multiplexer modules). As your requirements evolve, additional modules can be easily added, and the control software automatically detects the new configuration. The plug-ins are loaded into the chassis via the front panel, greatly improving the flexibility and ease of maintenance of the unit.
