The Keysight PZ2131A is a high-channel density precision source / measure unit (SMU) having 5 channels per module and saving space for a wide range of applications requiring numerous precision power supplies. The narrow-pulse function and fast Digitizer Mode allow the PZ2131A to expand the conventional static DC measurements to emerging dynamic measurements. Its seamless current measurement ranging function eliminates the time it takes to change the range and expands the dynamic range to cover multiple measurement ranges, which reduces test duration. These capabilities make the PZ2131A suitable for applications that require numerous precision power supplies, such as semiconductor reliability tests and integrated circuit (IC) tests. The Keysight PX0107A low noise filter adapter lowers its voltage source noise level, which makes the PZ2131A suitable for noise-sensitive applications such as quantum computing as well.

ITSM Synchro
The Impulsive Test Synchronization Module (ITSM) is a device aimed at generating a digital synchronization signal, to use the PDBaseII system for impulsive voltage PD test. The digital synchronization signal generated by the ITSM, is synchronized with the voltage impulse of the impulsive source (voltage generator). The ITSM must be connected between the DIN channel of PDBaseII and the output of the synchronization sensor (e.g. capacitive coupler). The ITSM provides also a low voltage signal reproducing the impulsive voltage source.

The VI-700 Voltage and Current Source is a versatile precision dialable or remotely programmable voltage and current source. Its three ranges provide up to 20 V full scale (200 V with the HV option), and down to 100 mV resolution; and 20 mA full scale down to 0.1mA resolution. Both voltage and current outputs are available simultaneously. The output is set by a range selector and thumbwheel switches in the LOCAL mode, or by a digital input at the rear panel. The EAC-TAVS is a series of programmable high power AC voltage sources. Each system provides a three phase true sinewave output as standard. Each unit is built in a freestanding cabinet. The output frequency is adjustable in the range of 45 - 105Hz. Different frequency ranges are optional, with up to 805Hz possible. An RS-232 and CAN interface are provided as standard. The high resolution TFT front panel displays a host of measurement and setting functions. Besides standard models, other nominal power levels and voltages can be user specified.
