The CX3322A is a 2-channel model for engineers and researchers who just need one or two current waveform measurements at one time. Using a single channel current sensor (CX1101A, CX1103A) and a passive prove interface (CX1151A) enables power measurements. The bandwidth and the memory depth per channel are option and can be selected from 50 MHz, 100 MHz and 200 MHz, and 16 Mpts, 64 Mpts and 256 Mpts, respectively. The number of channels is not upgradable, but upgrade products for both bandwidth and memory depth options are also available for customers who need more performance after purchasing the product. These COD gages use a high-temperature capacitive sensor and do not require any cooling. They will operate up to the maximum temperature limit of most environmental chambers used in materials testing. The Model 7641 is ideal for determination of fracture mechanics parameters such as JIC, KIC, R-curve, fatigue crack growth rate (da/dN), and testing to standards such as E1820, E399, E647, etc. All units can be displaced slightly in compression for ease of installation. The COD gage is supplied with the advanced DT6229 controller. The standard output is 0-10VDC analog signal, factory calibrated with the COD gage. This system provides a number of functional enhancements, including: high speed digital output, built in calibration and tare functions, analog and digital filters, and more. The 7641 is readily interfaced with most existing test controllers, and may be directly connected to a data acquisition system or chart recorder, or directly to a PC. Designed as a companion probe to Models 12C and 18C for driving integrated circuit lines so the Model 12C and 18C can be used to measure the response of adjacent nodes. The Model 7 consists of a flexible 6 foot, 50 ohm coaxial cable accurately terminated to 50 ohms in order to avoid undesirable reflections. A special miniature connector receives replacement coaxial probe tips that provide a shielded environment to within 3 mm of the fine tungsten probe point, thus minimizing capacitive coupling to other parts of the circuit. The replaceable coaxial probe tips are offered in various point sizes and can also be bent to any shape in order to accommodate a variety of probing geometries.
