High-Density Precision SMU (10 PA, 30 V)
PZ2131A
The Keysight PZ2131A is a high-channel density precision source / measure unit (SMU) having 5 channels per module and saving space for a wide range of applications requiring numerous precision power supplies. The narrow-pulse function and fast Digitizer Mode allow the PZ2131A to expand the conventional static DC measurements to emerging dynamic measurements. Its seamless current measurement ranging function eliminates the time it takes to change the range and expands the dynamic range to cover multiple measurement ranges, which reduces test duration. These capabilities make the PZ2131A suitable for applications that require numerous precision power supplies, such as semiconductor reliability tests and integrated circuit (IC) tests. The Keysight PX0107A low noise filter adapter lowers its voltage source noise level, which makes the PZ2131A suitable for noise-sensitive applications such as quantum computing as well.

Cable Tray Kit For M9018B And M9019A

The Y1218A is a cable tray kit designed for the M9018B and M9019A. It can be used with both the rack mount kit and the rail kit but, the rail kit is not required. The kit includes a cable tray, feet for using the chassis on a table, and attachment hardware. An M9018B or M9019A that is racked using the cable tray uses 5U of rack space. The tray is compatible with the Y1217A Rack Mount Rail Kit, the Y1215B/C Flush Mount and Y1216A/B Recessed Mount Rack Adapter kits. This tray is not compatible with the Y1270A Front Panel Interfacing Kit.

Switchable Optical Interleaver
In a switchable interleaver, there are two operation modes: *Mode A: All pass *Mode B: InterleaverIn Mode A, the system operates at any channel spacing, in which all channels pass through the device and output from one of the two output ports as if there is no extra device inserted. When the system is switched to Mode B, the device operates as a normal optical interleaver, such 50-100GHz interleaver. The working principle is schematically shown below. In Mode B, the device could be a standard symmetric interleaver, or an asymmetric interleaver. Channel spacings are not limitted to 50-100GHz. They can be any frequency pair: between N-GHz and 2N-GHz.

Variable Power Supply
VS-10a
The VS-10a power supply is a light weight, portable, non-isolated “variable source” from 0 volts to 150 Vac or 0 volts to 150 Vdc and rated for up to 10 amps, thus the name VS-10a. It is comprised of an illuminated voltmeter that reads to the first significant digit, AC variable system output voltage, DC variable system output voltage, logic output voltage and one sense (continuity) contact monitoring points. Banana jacks for connection of test leads are spaced at intervals that allow the use of dual banana test plugs if desired. The VS-10a is protected by two levels of overcurrent protection; AC input, and ground fault protection by a GFCI. All circuitry is housed inside a custom designed case made from 16 gauge steel. An Internal fan dissipates heat buildup and exhaust through louvered side vents built into the case. The carrying handle is designed with a “spring return to rest” position and is padded for comfort. The case has been sized for optimum portability and is balanced from the handle during transportation. The case has a powder coated finish that is scratch, chemical and weather resistant. Rubber padded feet support the case when in the upright position and a convenience receptacle is located on the side of the case.

Multiple Channel Burn In Power Supply

The most important features of this burn in power supply is its ability to hold a constant output for each channel even in the event that a unit under test on one channel may short and fail. Since each channel has it''s own transformer, no glitches or voltage spikes can get into any of the other channels.
