The BUF-01 Voltage Buffer is a dual channel buffer capable of driving up to 50 mA of current on each channel at up to ±10 V output. The buffer has a 2nd order low pass filter with 3 dB point of 119 kHz to remove high frequency noise. The unit’s differential inputs are built to withstand high DC over-voltages up to ±50 VDC and greater than ±100 V transients. Gain of the unit is 1 allowing for minimal insertion issues.

It is especially suitable for performance measurements, tuning and diagnostic work on particularly powerful vehicles. With test speeds of up to 300 km/h, it is used for dynamic and static power measurement. The MSR 500/2 CAR 4WD guarantees optimum measurement accuracy and reproducibility through the active measurement of the towing power.The rolling behaviour of the tyre is the same as on the road. Operating methods such as load simulation, including optional modules for the measurement of external data, e.g. driving cycles, are possible.The MSR 500/2 CAR 4WD is suitable for installation in an existing LPS 3000 base.
