The FTR Faultracker is a compact recording device which can be connected to up to 16 points in an electrical system. Any voltage from 12v to 240v can be connected. The FTR monitors the on/off status of each input. Any voltage above 6v is considered to be ON. An LED indicator on the front panel shows the status of each input. When set to logging, the FTR will log any and all 'events'. An event being the change of status of any input. Each event is logged strictly in the order it occurred with a date/time stamp. When logging is completed, the events can be stepped through one at a time so that cause/effect sequences can be analysed.

Flexible programming makes this decoder THE all-rounder amongst accessory decoders. The SignalPilot has 16 outputs for direct connection of micro lamps respectively LEDs installed in daylight signals. Due to the fact that the outputs are designed as push/pull power amplifiers, they are suitable for both – conventional daylight signals with common anode as well as for daylight signals and/or lighting strips with common ground (common cathode), as is the case with some Viessmann® signals. Plated through holes on the PCB allow soldering of probe wires to IO, Data, Power and Serial Identification signals. LEDs indicate presence of 3V, 5V, +12V, -12V and Ground. High Voltage Surge Testers

The most important features of the surge tester are its ability to test the entire winding insulation system. A high voltage surge generates turn to turn, coil to coil, and phase to phase voltage stress, as well as ground insulation stress. When used as a dielectric test, accurate voltage readings are essential. The HV Surge Tester monitors the voltage directly across the winding under test. This voltage is displayed on an oscilloscope and recorded on the Pass/ Fail LED latch monitor. This voltage will be accurate despite the impedance of the winding being tested. The insulation system can be tested way above the operating voltage because of the brief duration of the applied voltage test pulse. This allows faults to be detected long before they become apparent at operating conditions.
