Foot Rest

The optional footrest is designed to be used with the Vibratron-II. The foot rest is 12'' long x 8'' wide x 4.25'' high with adjustable non-slip leveling feet ( feet are adjustable to add up to 1/2'' of additional height if needed). Surface of the footrest is a white hygienic non-skid vinyl covering and can be easily cleaned between uses. The unit is large enough to accommodate both feet and may also be used as an armrest when testing upper extremities. The weight of the unit is approximately 4.5 pounds. The footrest can also be purchased as an option to the NTE-2A .

It features a palm simulator and a restricted joint movement, which simulates the characteristics of the human hand. The finger is made of stainless steel and the rest of the instrument is Delrin®. Handle is designed to accept either a banana jack or a force gauge.It is no longer necessary to have a separate probe for the medical safety standard. This one probe will meet all the different requirements that are in the IEC standards.

Additionally, this u-blox receiver supports I2C (u-blox calls this Display Data Channel) which makes it perfect for the Qwiic compatibility so we don't have to use up our precious UART ports. Utilizing our handy Qwiic system, no soldering is required to connect it to the rest of your system. However, we still have broken out 0.1"-spaced pins in case you prefer to use a breadboard.

Golden Engineering X-ray generators are based on Pulsed X-ray technology. Pulsed X-rays generate a high intensity X-ray burst (pulse) in a very short period of time (10 to 50 nanoseconds depending on the model). The output dose of each pulse is 3-6 mR measured 12 inches from the front of the X-ray generator. The operator varies the overall dose of each exposure by changing the pulse setting. The pulse rate varies from 10 pulses per second to 25 pulses per second depending on the model. The generators can fire up to 200 pulses before a four-minute rest period.
