EC997 MC/Quad
MD-EC997-MC/Quad is the ultimate motorcycle/ATV performance dyno. Mustang’s MC/QUAD Dyno is a specially designed, high-speed, low-inertia motorcycle/QUAD/Kart combination dyno. The low inertia design and eddy current loading features are perfect for precision tuning and diagnostic applications. The base mechanical inertia of the EC997 MC/QUAD is perfectly matched for testing lightweight cycles and quads, while the powerful eddy current power absorption unit provides enough muscle to apply a serious load for steady state testing applications. Quickly and easily diagnose performance problems, break in engines, perform EFI mapping and much more. Full time AWD vehicles are designed to provide maximum performance regardless of road conditions. In cases where traction is less than ideal, a vehicle may be designed to improve stability and traction at the expense of power. This means adding torque to a spinning wheel or retarding of timing. In order to properly test an AWD vehicle for peak performance, an AWD chassis dynamometer must be able to simulate ideal road-load conditions to the vehicle. This approach allows the vehicle to be evaluated under "optimum" operational conditions; whereby torque is distributed to the vehicle's tires in the same manner that would normally occur when a vehicle has equal traction at all four drive wheels, and is therefore operating at peak efficiency.

MD-500-SE XL
The 500 series dynamometer has a larger big brother – the MD-500-SE XL! The 500-SE is an excellent 2WD performance dynamometer and the XL model expands on these traits by adding in a much wider 98-inch outer track and a HUGE mechanical flywheel to increase the mechanical inertia of the dyno to about 2,000-lbs. This additional inertia helps reduce the duty cycle burden on the eddy current PAU and even allows for pulls to be done in a pinch in inertia-only mode. The XL handles vehicles like diesels and Ford Raptors where the 500 is a bit too narrow for these types of applications. The MD-500 XL’s multiple upgrade paths allows for an AWD upgrade in the future and enables it to accept a second eddy current PAU for increased loading capability. We’ve seen this dyno handle almost 2,000-hp to the wheels on power sweeps so don’t be fooled by the 1,500-hp peak measurement specification. If your tires will hook you can measure as much power as you are laying to the rollers. The large K250 eddy current PAU has plenty of torque for testing and tuning anything from your local diesel pickup crowd and local LS guys to classic carb stuff and front wheel drive cars. The 500-XL is great product at a great price with tons of range. It is also easy to install – buy the aboveground kit with the 16-ft ramps and have this dyno set up and ready to roll in your shop in a half a day! if you want to know more call us! Portable Dynamometers
Perfect solution for shops with limited space that would like to have a dyno that they can move out of the way when it is not being used. The low profile design and relatively small footprint of the MD-150 makes it ideal for these situations. Mustang has integrated a lift jack like you would see on a standard pallet jack into the frame of the MD-150 and equipped the opposite side of the dyno with retractable heavy-duty casters to make moving the dyno around the shop easy for a single person. Simply roll the dyno into place, plug it in and attach the ramps and you are ready to perform performance tuning and diagnostics testing in minutes.

The AWD-1750 is the newest AWD dynamometer built by Mustang. It has a set of 50" rollers that are mechanically linked to another 3 or 4 sets of 12.625" rollers. An air clutch allows you to switch between 2WD and AWD modes by clicking a button. No moving parts to handle different wheelbases.

MD-150 Series
With ultra-low inertia and a powerful 625-hp PAU, the MD-150 is a perfect combination of power and finesse – capable of handling most sport compact applications with ease. The 1200-hp measurement capacity means you’ll have no problem pulling horsepower sweeps with this low-profile dyno. The MD-150 is best suited for real-time, steady state tuning of stand-alone engine management systems such as Autronic, MoTeC, Accel DFI, F.A.S.T., AEM, Haltech and the like. From a dynamometer stand-point, the main focus of real-time programming is dynamometer sensitivity, resolution, and set-point stability. The MD-150’s ultra-low inertia design and high speed controller maximize the user’s experience by minimizing controller “wondering” and enhancing system control – simply dial in a speed and let the MD-150 take over. MD-AWD-800
Mustang designed the MD-AWD-800-DE-24×2 Series to be a dyno that could be easily adapted to fit virtually any testing scenario without ever having to compromise. In AWD mode, the 800 Series XL can test AWD vehicles with wheelbases up to 134” long, enough to handle Hummer H1s. In 2WD mode, the 800 Series uses a single 24” diameter roller with a low base mechanical inertia to allow you to test the lightest vehicles out there.
