Humidity Indicators
A humidity detector, also referred to as a humidity meter or humidity gauge, is a device with a humidity sensor that measures the relative humidity in the air. PCE Instruments offers a number of humidity detector products including handheld humidity detector, data recording or data logging humidity detector, and combination or multifunction humidity detector devices that also measure parameters such as room or ambient temperature and atmospheric or barometric pressure. A humidity detector can measure relative humidity (RH) as a percentage (%) from 0 to 100 % RH, depending on the humidity measurement range of the specific model.Humidity is a key factor in everything from library and museum archival to agriculture, construction, manufacturing, transportation, warehousing, and heating, ventilation, air conditioning and refrigeration (HVACR). Conductivity Meters
There are both standard and a waterproof conductivity meter, as well as a conductivity meter available for flowing water or pure water (highly recommended for specific industries) as well as the ones with different conductivity measurement ranges. An important factor is that a conductivity meter normally measures electric conductivity in µS/cm, however it can also take measurements in mg/l (for direct reading of content in dissolved solid substances). The relation is established as follows: 2 µS/cm = 1ppm (parts per million) = 1 mg/l. Compensated temperature in the conductivity meter can be automatic or by hand.

Geiger Counters
A geiger counter detects nuclear radiation by measuring the emission of ionizing radiation of alpha particles, beta particles and gamma rays. Also referred to as a radiation detector, a geiger counter consists of two main elements: the processing electronics and the geiger tube. The geiger tube is filled with low-pressure inert gas like helium, argon or neon. If radioactive radiation occurs, the inert gas is ionized. An anode within the geiger tube registers the quantity of ionized particles numerically correlating with the strength of the radioactive radiation. The radioactivity measurement is then displayed on the LCD screen of the geiger counter or radiation detector.It is very important to measure radioactivity as well as to classify radioactivity values. For example, terrestrial gamma radiation is measured according to general values from 0.03 - 0.3 µSv/h (microsievert / hour). This "normal" oscillation range is conditioned by natural radioactive elements in the ground such as uranium and potassium. To calculate this factor, one must take into consideration cosmic radiation. Viscometers
A viscometer, viscosity meter or rheometer is a measuring instrument used to determine a fluid's internal flow resistance or viscosity. The term viscosity typically refers to shear viscosity, i.e., how a material reacts to being sheared. Accelerometers
An accelerometer is used in manufacturing machine maintenance to inspect equipment vibration. An accelerometer also is used in product testing to measure the vibration of various components.A triaxial accelerometer, also called a 3-axis accelerometer, provides measurements of the following parameters: vibration acceleration, vibration velocity and vibration displacement.
