Generator w/Label Changer
TA-568
This is our ARINC 568 / 561 Generator designed to provide the Instrument/Avionics shop a six-wire digital source for HSI or INS indicator testing. This unit also has a label changer that allows a full complement of INS labels (BCD) to be generated. Allows complete testing of the 331A-9G or HSI-85 instruments. An Auto Count Mode is also provided with tenth mile increments for more dynamic testing of indicators.

Dual Servo Electrical Test Fixture
TA-334001
The TA-334001 is a Dual Servo Electrical Test Fixture made to be an equivalent substitute for the Honeywell test fixture T-334001. The test fixture front panel duplicates all the proper switch numbers and descriptions so the technician can follow by the book testing. The panel overlay text is reverse screened (backside) to insure that text quality will not degrade over time. All the appropriate test jacks are provided on the panel for servo pin and bracket breakouts. This fixture provides for the switching of motor direction, clutch, tach selection, synchro selection, limit switching and polarity relays. Panel meters are provided on the test fixture so that the technician can monitor the servomotor voltage as well as clutch voltage and current.

This printed circuit board was designed to original specifications and contains OEM specified parts. This board is required for testing the 332D-11 series gyros. Also contained on board is the Method A type calibration and sample and hold circuits required to perform the calibration of the noise circuits.

GPS/FMS Universal Test Fixture
TA-3000
This panel was designed to give the avionics shop the capability to test and troubleshoot many of the GPS, GPS/COMM and FMS units on the market today. Breakout jacks are provided for both analog and digital signals that need to be monitored or simulated. A data port update jack is provided as well as Arinc 429 and RS232 loopback switches. Switches for Gillham altitude are provided as well as fuel flow adjustments. An array of annunciators and configuration switches are also provided to verify those outputs and inputs. ARINC HSI / ADI Test Fixture
TA-2000
The TA-2000 test fixture is a combination panel that incorporates all the standard capabilities of the legacy CTS-11(ADI) and CTS-12(HSI) panels and much more. This panel is married to our model TA-1001 dual synchro transmitter/API panel thus allowing for local stimulus and alignment of the instruments synchros and resolvers. The panel provides for testing of both superflag(28v) and low level meters through a matrix of switching that will allow testing of all meters simultaneously or just individually. The low level meter drive circuit also incorporates an automatic mode that will continuously oscillate the L/R and Up/Dn pointers.

Test Fixture with API
TA-14VG
The TA-14VG test fixture is based on the requirements for the Integrated Test Procedure for the VG-14A assembly as shown in the OEM maintenance manual. The panel also contains a test point breakout for the units main connector as well as one for the VG-401 base. The VG-401 breakouts provide an in series connection that will allow easy access to the gyro's signals and also provides a way to monitor rotor current. The panel also contains a variac to allow for line voltage adjustment.

KX-155A Display Assembly Extender Card
KX155-EXT
The KX-155A Display Assembly Extender card will give the technician access to troubleshoot a display problem on this Bendix/King Nav/Comm. The card breaks out all pin connections with their functions silk-screened on the board. This board will allow the technician to make a more logical decision on what the problem may be. We have seen in our shop that the glass display is not always the failed componet.

Mach Airspeed Test Fixture
TA-6055A
The TA-6055A is a Mach Airspeed Test Fixture built to support the testing and repair of the 2082 and 2083 series of Servoed Mach Airspeed Indicators (SMASI) used in some Boeing aircraft. These mach airspeeds are synchro driven and require a coarse and fine input for altitude and a third input for airspeed. This test fixture was designed around the test procedure and is interfaced with our TA-1001 panel which provides for two of the synchro sources and two Angle Position Indicators (API).
