Digital Force Gauges
Imada digital force gauges are highly accurate instruments that provide the precise force measurement required in quality testing that determines strength and/or functionality of a part or product. Digital gauges can be used for destructive or non-destructive force measurement applications and check both compression and tension (push or pull) forces. The high sampling rate of Imada digital gauges enables them to capture the peak force of destructive tests which occurs in milliseconds. Imada digital force gauges also feature selectable units: lbf, kgf and N and easy-to-program high/low setpoints for Go/No Go testing.

Compression Testers
Dedicated compression testers offer low footprint test systems. Lever operated systems allows for quick and repeatable compression testing. The wheel operated system allows for more precision with hand wheel operation. The motorized compression tester allows for the most control and the highest degree of repeatability with the ability to set a constant test speed.

Manual Test Stands
Manual test stands offer basic force testing and economy.Lever models enable rapid testing of compression or tension, up to 220 lbf.Wheel-operated test stands enable precise control for either compression or tension and the force gauge remains in position when the wheel is released. Wheel stands are offered in a wide range of capacities from the 11 lbf capacity micro-movement stand up to 750 lbf models.

Digital Tensiometers
Strength is an essential physical quality for swimmers in short distances. Sprinters are typically stronger than distance swimmers. They spend more time developing strength on land. This is because sprinters need more strength to swim faster for short distances. Sometimes they spend about 40% of workout time on dryland.

Peel Testers
Imada offers motorized peel testers in vertical or horizontal configurations. The motorized test stand, digital force gauge and peel fixture apply tension to a safety seals, tapes and laminates.Special attachments and fixtures facilitate 45°, 90°, 180°, ‘T’ and rotary peel tests.Motorized peel testers offer speed control and highest degree of repeatability with the ability to set a constant test speed and range of movement. All peel testers with digital force gauges have data output capability for analysis by optional data acquisition software.

Mechanical Force Gauges
Imada mechanical force gauges are highly accurate instruments used to test the quality, strength or functionality of component parts or products. Imada mechanical force gauges check both compression and tension (push or pull). Peak force can be captured using the peak indicator needle and the tare ring compensates for the weight of attachments. Imada force gauges are constructed with a heavy-duty metal case and all metal components to enable them to retain their calibration for years with proper care. These mechanical force gauges never need charging or batteries and are intrinsically safe in hazardous environments.

Portable Force/Displacement Tester
The FSA-MSL Mini Material Tester is a portable force/displacment tester. The FSA-MSL is ideal for tests requiring very small movement, like switch tests. The tester also features a reversible base plate, allowing the tester to be used on uneven or obstructed surfaces. The highly visible EL display and plain language menus in eight languages make programming fast and easy. Both force and displacement values are displayed plus user-selectable data; high/low setpoints, peak, memory data, etc.

Breakaway Torque Tester
Automatic Breakaway Torque Tester can be used to verify the actual tightened torque of a bolt. Torque controlled power tools are set to apply consistent torque, but fasteners are not necessarily tightened to that value if the tools are out of calibration. Breakaway torque tests require a skilled, experienced operator to sense when the bolt begins to breakaway.
