PXI-5412
The PXI-5412 is a 20MHz arbitrary waveform generator for generating custom arbitrary waveforms and other standard functions such as sine, square, triangle, and ramp. The arbitrary generator generates signals from -6 V to +6 V and uses direct digital synthesis (DDS) to generate precise waveforms.

Insulated test booth with large space for test items. 2 banana sockets for AC connection and 4 banana sockets for the DC connection of the DUTs. IC’s are tested in a long-term test. These are checked in an oil bath so that there are no air gaps to reduce the insulation. Maximum voltage 20 kV. Therefore, insulation tests must be carried out. Ensuring the standard-compliant test. Battery Simulator
The battery simulator is used for testing satellite power supplies and is used in combination with a Solar Array Simulator and load systems (consumer simulation) for the validation and commissioning of satellite power supplies. Loads and power supplies in the battery simulator are operated in combination to represent a 2-square function and to simulate both charging and discharging of the battery.

No matter if your test system is not operating any more, if the forklift damaged it or you pressed a wrong button during the software-update - we are at your disposal to help. Usually the self test of the system helps further or if you agree we can help on a remote basis.If this does not help we deliver as soon as possible spare parts or send a repairperson. Our suppliers all offer support, delivery or even subsidiaries wordwide. This enables our technician to bring the spare part either with him or to send the exchange device directly to your place.

LX TMS
To diagnose and analyze electronic components and devices, various tests are required in development, production and service. Equipped with all the necessary standard functions, the test sequencer developed by LXinstuments meets all criteria for a successful and smooth test process. The test item ( DUT ) is examined under various operating conditions for its properties, function and usability. Typical areas of application can be found where the usual complexity of test sequences has to be processed. The test sequencer is therefore suitable for small and medium-sized systems where special functions of other sequencers are not required. The free, cross-platform, open source developer platform .NET serves as a starting point. The integrated WPF (Windows Presentation Foundation) framework ensures a user-friendly program interface.

LXinstruments FCT systems for industrial electronics assemblies are particularly suited for applications with a large variant diversity for medium volume sizes. We have also implemented systems for functional test, repair and calibration of decentralized PLC I/O assemblies.Since early failures in the field often lead to enormous costs, we not only provide functional test systems, but also burn-in systems for simultaneous testing of many assemblies in a climate chamber. Due to the modular structure of our software, it is possible to establish a logical separation between the definition of the climatic profile to be executed and the actual test sequence, during which the different electrical tests are processed. Connections to HALT/HASS systems can also be established without problems.

LED Burn-In Test
Burn-in system, based on LXI instrumentation, for concurrent testing of up to 80 DUTs in a climatic chamber. Devices to be tested include modern light emitting diodes and LED modules.The system consists of 2 control cabinets, each with 40 independent supply and measurement channels. Each channel can be configured individually via the operator software (current or voltage, including the relevant limit values). The software supports logging of current and voltage values for each DUT on all 80 channels with a sampling rate of <1s. Additionally, the software and system also support digital I/O channels, e. g. for controlling the climatic chamber. Inputs for connecting temperature sensors are also provided.

Load Simulator
The load system is intended for testing satellite power supply systems; due to the integration with a solar array simulator and a battery simulator, it can perform validation and commissioning of satellite power supplies. The system is equipped with regenerative electronic loads and customer-specific high-power switching matrices for routing the DUT channels to the relevant loads. The individual voltages and currents for each channel can be read back via a Keysight Technologies switch mainframe.The system is equipped with high electrical power; its loads are capable of feeding the energy back into the power grid.
