To make your staff able to face daily tasks and handle with high productivity is in the center of our trainings. Especially when a new test sytems starts to run it is extremely important that the personnel can operate appropriately from the beginning.Our workshops are designed as classroom trainings so everybody can concentrate completely on the workshop contents without being bothered by day-to-day business or other troubles.An alternative is the training in-house so we can look after individual and concrete problems directly on-site at the running test system.No matter if we teach in our rooms or in-house we emphasize to teach concrete practical content. The participants will spend at least 50% of their time with pracitcal questions or problems. Small groups ensure the individual care of each. We offer trainings in english or german language.

An electronic load offers the possibility of testing the specimen under different loads. Various load changes are simulated, as they can occur in normal operation. For this purpose, the relevant load current is set in a defined range and electronically controlled. The load system is intended for testing satellite power supply systems; due to the integration with a solar array simulator and a battery simulator, it can perform validation and commissioning of satellite power supplies. The system is equipped with regenerative electronic loads and customer-specific high-power switching matrices for routing the DUT channels to the relevant loads. The individual voltages and currents for each channel can be read back via a Keysight Technologies switch mainframe.The system is equipped with high electrical power; its loads are capable of feeding the energy back into the power grid.

The TSCOE4 Operator Interface provides a graphical user interface for the operator or the implementer in a production environment. It permits selecting the test sequence and supports parametrization of the test. During the test sequence, the current measurement values are displayed in relation to the relevant limits and the pass/fail evaluations for each individual test. After completion of the test sequence, the global test result is visualized.In addition, there are online statistics available to the user, which show the measurement value distribution within the current batch.The editor which is supplied with the product makes it possible to adapt the user interface language to any new deployment location. Several languages – German, English and Chinese – have already been implemented and are available out of the box.

Test system for electrical safety compliance testing of medical products in accordance with EN 60601-1, 3rd edition.The system is equipped with three test fixtures which are connected in parallel order to reduce the number of setup tasks for different variants in the course of day-to-day manufacturing processes. Its purpose is to test medical products, e. g. patient monitors, which are employed at hospitals to monitor heartbeat and oxygen saturation.Based on the integrated electrical safety tester by Associated Research, in combination with an AC power source and a switching matrix, it is possible to fully automate tests like for instance AC/DC high-voltage tests, insulation resistance measurements, earth connection tests and leakage current measurements.The required occupational safety is provided by a high-voltage safety hood in accordance with EN 501191. The entire safety technology, as well as the control PC, is mounted in an aluminum-profile cart.
