Industrial QC/QA Analyzer - "Column Free" Molecular Fingerprinting Technology
Aqualog - A-TEEM
A-TEEM™ Molecular Fingerprinting is a new optical technique that is ideal for comprehensive component analysis in a variety QC/QA applications, from water to wine to pharmaceuticals and more. It is a simple, fast, “column free” spectroscopic technique that simultaneously measures the absorbance, transmission and fluorescence of samples in solution, and offers unique benefits over traditional analytical techniques, such as chromatography, mass spec, IR, etc.. Fundamentally, this technique is best applied to samples in solution that have fluorescing components, like an aromatic molecule, although it also detects non-fluorescing species via absorbance. The fluorescence EEM fingerprint technique has also been applied to solids and skin. Fluorescence is a highly sensitive technique compared to other spectroscopic techniques such as absorbance, FTIR and Raman, and the three-dimensional nature of the data provides for a better foundation for complex component analysis.

C-Band Separate Raman Fiber Amplifier
RFA5000
Hangzhou Huatai Optic Tech. Co., Ltd.
1. Erbium-doped Fiber Amplifier, due to the multiple cascades and the accumulation of noise caused by spontaneous emission, will reduce the system CNR greatly and thus it will limit the transmission capacity and distance of the system. Raman Fiber Amplifier (RFA) is a newly designed fiber amplifier based on Stimulated Raman Scattering (SRS) effect. It is considered as the core technology of new generation DWDM fiber over-long communication. Compared with Erbium-Doped Fiber Amplifier, Raman amplifier has the advantage of low Noise Figure (NF), wider gain bandwidth, flexible gain spectral region and stable temperature. It is the only device that can operate in 1300~1600 nm.

Raman Spectroscopy
Raman is a spectroscopic technique that uses laser light to interact with molecular excitations and determine what a substance or element is composed of. It relies upon the inelastic scattering of photons which produces a weak signal, making the collection of information challenging particularly when the substance to be measured is at distance or can only be given short exposure times. Our Raman spectrometers are particularly effective at making Raman measurements due to their configuration which delivers a higher throughput/etendue than standard instruments.

Spectrometer
Model 207
The Model 207 offers the user the most throughput and fastest aperture in a long focal length monochromator. This is ideal for photoluminescence and Raman spectroscopy applications. It is also available in a vacuum compatible version. Used in air and with a selection of gratings, the spectral range of the 207 extends from 185 nanometersm to 20 microns or more. Under vacuum range is extended down to 105 nm (depends on the grating.) Multiple ports are available for mounting accessories or CCD detectors, etc. McPherson SNAP IN gratings allow the alignment-free use of many different gratings. Easily view a wider spectral range or obtain higher resolution! You can retrofit years later and not have to worry about alignment with the McPherson SNAP IN approach. Our dual grating turret also accepts these easy to exchange gratings.

Spectroscopy
Spectrometers are used to measure the properties of light for a variety of applications including environmental or chemical analysis, fluorescence, or Raman. Spectrometers are optical instruments that can detect spectral lines and measure their wavelength or intensity. Spectrometers are ideal for determining compositional makeup for detecting weak light signals. Spectrometers can also be used to test the efficiency of an optical filter in order to determine whether a filter has properly blocked or transmitted specific wavelengths.
