Thorlabs’ motion control products are separated into manual and motorized linear and rotation stages, multiaxis platforms, actuators, and controllers. The manual and motorized stages can frequently be configured into 1-, 2-, or 3-axis solutions. Since many of the stages are available in either manual or motorized versions, creating a custom system is easy. For nanopositioning applications like waveguide and fiber coupling, our line of multiaxis flexure stages are ideal. Both the motorized stages and the multiaxis platforms are supported by a complete line of controllers for the various motors and piezoelectric actuators. In addition, we support custom and OEM motion control applications with an extensive line of manual, motorized, and piezo actuators as well as threaded adjustment screws.

HSL-4XMO
HSL-4XMO is an advanced 4-axis remote motion control module via HSL bus. Combined with HSL I/O and motion control modules, it can meet many requirements in machine automation (MA) field. HSL-4XMO offers two models - HSL-4XMO-CG-N/P and HSL-4XMO-CD-N/P. HSL-4XMO-CG-N/P is suitable for steppers and linear motors. HSL-4XMO-CD-N/P is suitable for servo motors with transfer cable. 64-Axis PCIe EtherCAT Master Motion Controller

ADLINK PCIe-8338 is a hardware-based EtherCAT motion controller able to support up to 64 synchronized axes and over 10,000 points simultaneously. The PCIe-8338 features dedicated isolated emergency stop input (EMG), and configurable isolated high-speed digital input as not only generic sensor input but also pulsar input, with up to 1MHz input frequency. Optimum jitter control is provided in minimal cycles of 250µs to optimize synchronous I/O performance for vertical automation applications in semiconductor, electronic manufacturing, and others. The PCIe-8338 provides an out-of-shell application-ready (APS) function library to generate multi-dimensional, highly synchronized, time-deterministic event-triggered motion & I/O control.
