The ECD Hazardous Location Transmitters – Model X80 Series provides the same capabilities and general feature set as the general purpose T80 Universal Transmitter. Various configurations are available as single or dual channel for the continuous measurement of pH, ORP, pION, Dissolved Oxygen, Turbidity, Conductivity or Resistivity. The Model X80 transmitter digitally communicates with any ECD Model S88 and/or S80 Intelligent Sensor, automatically configuring the transmitter’s menus and display screens to the measured parameter. The S88 pH Sensors are one part of the Model S88 Intelligent Sensors product line. The S88 Sensors offering includes pH Sensors, ORP Sensors, Ion Selective Sensors, Dissolved Oxygen Sensors, Conductivity Sensors and Resistivity Sensors. The S88 sensors have two Universal Sensor Designs; Insertion/Submersion or Valve Retractable with flared end to prevent blow out. The standard S88 sensors have 316 Stainless Steel housings although various materials of construction are available to maximize sensor performance while minimizing cost of ownership. The Teledyne LABS HLf-Series pumps give you the same accurate, predictable flow and pressure control as our standard D-Series, while conforming to safety standards for use in UL Class I, Division 2, Groups A B C & D, T4 environments. The hazardous location rating is achieved through internal design modifications including the use of brushless DC motors. This approach eliminates the need for purge boxes or other additional safety devices. Wetted materials are compatible with most aqueous and organic liquids, corrosive solutions, heated fluids, liquefied gases, viscous fluids, or slurries and pastes. If needed, optional materials such as Hastelloy C-276 are available on request. The HLf controller has a keypad and LCD, as well as built-in and optional interfaces for computer control and other devices. Programming is easy and flexible, with instant access to menu screens even when the pump is running. This allows you to change operating parameters on the fly.

VHF/UHF Handheld Signal Location Antennas
Type NVF-2
The Type NVF-2 series of handheld directional antennas are used to locate interfering signals or noise in either the 420 – 470 MHz (Type NVF-2A) or the 900 MHz ISM band or cellular telephone bands (Type NVF-2B). Both models incorporate a solid reflector positioned behind a resonated half wave driven element, both elements being mounted on a fiberglass rod with an integral pistol grip. The configuration of the reflector and driven element are such that a deep null in the signal being received will occur when the antenna is pointed in the direction of the signal being radiated. A T-pad resistive attenuator is also incorporated in the antenna mounting enclosure to aid in the direction finding process on very strong signals or when excessive reflections present multiple returns.
