ImageLab
ImageLab is a one-of-a-kind image processing tool developed by our partner EPINA for the analysis of data from various spectroscopic imaging techniques such as THz, optical, UV/VIS, IR, Raman, or mass spectrometry. Based on multivariate statistical methods it enables the user to analyze and classify acquired hyperspectral images, to merge them with maps of physical properties and to overlay them with conventional high-resolution color photos. Visualization of the image data and highlighting of analytical information round up the software package to an indispensable instrument for in-depth analysis of spectroscopic image data. e-CAM130_CUMI1820_MOD is a 13MP MIPI Camera Module. This small form factor 13MP camera module comes with S-Mount lens holder. It is based on AR1820HS – an 18MP CMOS Image sensor from Aptina™ / ON Semiconductor® and has a dedicated, high-performance Image Signal Processor chip (ISP) on-board that performs all the Auto functions (Auto White Balance, Auto Exposure control) in addition to complete image signal processing pipeline that provides best-in-class images and video and the optional MJPEG compression. Though the AR1820HS is an 18MP image sensor, the e-CAM130_CUMI1820_MOD supports only up to 13MP resolution.

Hyperspectral Imaging Sensors
HYPERSPEC® sensors are line-scanning instruments (sometimes called pushbroom) that collect reflected light through an image slit. One row of spatial pixels is collected per frame as motion occurs, with each pixel containing full spectral data. Motion can be accomplished in two ways: either as an airborne deployment (UAV, aircraft, or satellite) or stationary (where motion is accomplished beneath the sensor, such as a food inspection line). A third option is also available where pan-and-tilt or rotary stages allow a fixed-location sensor to scan a stationary object (such as a piece of artwork, or a mine face for geological applications).
