Highly Collimated Solar Simulators
This solar simulator is based on a Fresnel lens to collimate the light beam from the arc lamp source to infinity, which results in highly collimated illumination of the target spot. A 2.5kW xenon ozone free lamp is used as the light source. The spectral distribution of the xenon light source, along with the use of specially calibrated AirMass filters, closely simulates the sun’s true spectral distribution in various conditions on Earth.

Circuit Breaker Analyzer
CAT Standard Series
The CAT Standard series circuit breaker analyzers & timers are stand-alone or a PC-controlled digital instruments for circuit breakers condition assessments. The timing channels record closing and opening of the arcing, resistor, and auxiliary contacts. CAT Standard series records graphs of both, trip and close coil currents and displacements of the HV and MV circuit breaker moving parts. The main contact channels can also measure the resistance value of the pre-insertion resistors (if present in the circuit breaker). Test results can be downloaded to a USB memory stick or saved to internal memory. The CAT Standard series internal memory can store up to 500 test results (numerical and graphical data). Test results can also be printed on the 80 mm (3.15 inch) thermal printer (optional accessory) in tabular and graphical form. Arc Ingintion Tester
The product is designed to carry out Arc Ignition Test as per IS/IEC 60947-1 Clause 8.2.1.1.2 (material used for electrical products). The adjustable current source is 230V AC @ 33A. The load is adjusted to get 32.5A at 0.5 power factor. Included on control unit are Digital Voltmeter, Digital Ammeter, Digital Power Factor Meter and Micro Controller based programmable Sequence Timer with LCD display for display & setting. The arrangement is made to mount the test piece with electrodes as per the specification given in the standard.

QE system provides electronics and software designed for fully automated measurement of external quantum efficiency of solar cells. All systems include probes and a fixed plate sample stage for samples up to 150 mm x 150 mm. The main system components include: custom designed software, measurement electronics, and computer system (Windows 8 operating system). The measurement involves focusing monochromatic light to a spot on the device under test, then accurately measuring the photon flux and current from the test cell. The system utilizes a dual beam configuration with lock-in detection, providing an absolute accuracy of ±3%. The QE system uses a grating monochrometer with silicon/InGaAs/Ge detectors. The system includes automatic order sorting filters and two light sources for monochromatic illumination (a Xenon- arc lamp and a halogen lamp). A single lock-in amplifier is used to measure both the reference detector and test device. The main system comes with all the hardware needed to measure quantum efficiency, a fixed plate sample stage and probes.
