Earth Resistance Tester

A Rugged sealed digital earth tester is built with all the protection you need for outdoor use. The instrument is suitable for the testing of single earth electrodes such as lightning conductors and other small earthing systems according to VDE 0413. The resistance of conductors such as continuity and conduit coupling joints can also be measured. Two-terminal operation measurement, which reduces the accuracy, can also be done by shorting P and C terminals. It has an advanced circuit design that permits the instrument to operate with the minimum influence from earth voltage and earth resistance of the auxiliary spikes.

The Rotate software package is part of the m+p Analyzer Software for noise & vibration measurements and analysis. It provides a wide range of data acquisition and analysis tools for capturing and understanding noise and vibration induced in rotating and reciprocating machines by their motion. Fixed and variable speed machines are accommodated as are both structural vibration and condition monitoring diagnostics. Multiple tacho inputs can be processed for accurate speed tracking during analysis. Spectral mapping, order tracking, time history and orbit data analysis are all available.

PLC's
The EPL101 PLC is a circuit board OEM PLC. The EPL101 has 4 analog inputs, 7 digital inputs and 2 inputs for Encoders. It has 6 relay outputs, 5 that are rated for 5 Amps and 1 relay rated for 16 Amps. It also has an analog output 0-5 Volts. The outputs can be simple on off or P, PI,PID or PD control. The EPL101 accepts inputs from K, S, T, R, J or E type thermocouples, Pt100, Ni100 RTD'S. NTC10K thermistor inputs. The EPL101 also accepts inputs from sensors with 4-20mA, 0-20mA, 0-20mV or 0-1V signal. It also has 6 digital PNP inputs up to 1 Hz and 2 NPN inputs up to 2 K Hz.

Time History Recording to Throughput Disc
For the most critical tests time history data can be recorded in parallel with vibration control with no reduction in control performance. The real-time throughput data capture function of the m+p VibControl system allows you to record all selected channels continuously in the time domain on the embedded data server (“throughput to disc”) irrespective of the channel count and the frequency range utilized. This means that you can always access all the original data for analysis purposes.
