Process Laser Gas Analyzer

The PLGA-1000 Process Laser Gas Analyzer is designed to measure hydrocarbons and other gases contained in process gases at petrochemical plants. The PLGA-1000 uses proprietary technology to measure low concentrations of acetylene (C2H2) and carbon dioxide (CO2) contained as impurities in high concentration methane (CH4) and ethane (C2H6) which are material gases, continuously at high speed and with high sensitivity . Laser Heads
The laser head is the source of the laser beam used in all laser motion and position measurement systems. The primary difference between laser heads is in the velocity, reference frequency and optical output power. Other considerations are size, heat dissipation, and input power requirements. Which laser you choose depends primarily on the application in which it will be used. For example, semiconductor lithography systems typically have faster moving parts (stages), and therefore need higher velocities than machine tool applications.

High Performance UV Nanoimprint Resist
AMONIL®
UV Nanoimprint is a mechanical molding technique. A template made from quartz or a flexible elastomer with a 3D relief is brought into intimate contact with a UV-curable resist spin-coated on top of a substrate. Applying low imprint pressure at room temperature features are filled within seconds due to the low viscosity of the imprint resist. The resist is hardened via UV-light through the backside of the template. Finally substrate and template are separated. The replicated resist relief can further be transferred into the substrate via RIE-process or used as functional element.
