TCC 1800
The TCC1800 Test Controller Card is a generic control board for production testing of printed circuit boards (PCBs). The board is controlled by a command language on a PC to which it is connected via a galvanically separated USB interface. The TCC1800 is designed to work with positive voltages up to 24V. All inputs and outputs are protected against higher voltages however. DP-VXI-4017 is an 80 Channel Relay Multiplexer constructed using ‘2 Form A’ (DPST) relays. It is a ‘C’ size 1 slot register based VXI module. This 80 Channel Relay Multiplexer module is highly configurable. As an 80 channel multiplexer, one input can be multiplexed to any of the 80 outputs or vice versa. The 80 channel multiplexer is divided into 8 banks of 10 channels each. This combination allows the board to be used as one group of 80x1 or two groups of 40x1 or four groups of 20x1 or eight groups of 10x1 differential multiplexer. The banks are isolated from each other by tree switches. 8 tree switches are used, one tree switch for each bank. A common tree switch is used to group all the eight banks. Detector And FPA Testing
The FPA Test Set (FPATS) interface to the detectors under test (DUT’s) is via a custom pedestal plate which provides both a conductive heat path to both the individual DUT’s as well as the field of view limiting aperture plate. This custom pedestal plate protrudes through the customer provided DUT interface printed circuit board (PCB) and makes physical contact with the rear of the DUT packages and the aperture plate when the FPATS is in the closed position. The pedestal plate is mounted to the ambient source plate and its temperature is actively driven by this subsystem.
