Motorized Polarization Controller. In addition to its basic function of adjusting polarization states in multi channels, it also provides convenient ‘save and recall’ functions. As a Scanning PC, it provides very powerful ‘auto scan’ modes with variable scanning speeds. Polarization states can be manipulated by either manual adjustment or remote control (GPIB, RS-232) using two quarter-wave plates in each channel of the PC1600. Additionally, the auto scan mode of FIBERPRO’s Motorized Polarization Controller has been upgraded in LPC, and it shows another auto scan mode of four quarter-waveplates with higher polarization extinction ratio when connecting two channels at a high speed. Gas Filter Correlation Carbon Monoxide Analyzer
Model T300
The Model T300 measures low ranges of carbon monoxide by comparing infrared energy absorbed by a sample to that absorbed by a reference gas according to the Beer-Lambert law. Using a Gas Filter Correlation Wheel, a high energy IR light source is alternately passed through a CO filled chamber and a chamber with no CO present. The light path then travels through the sample cell, which has a folded path of 14 meters. The energy loss through the sample cell is compared with the span reference signal provided by the filter wheel to produce a signal proportional to concentration, with little effect from interfering gases within the sample. This design produces excellent zero and span stability and high signal to noise ratio, allowing extreme sensitivity. All T Series instruments offer an advanced color display, capacitive touch screen, intuitive user interface, flexible I/O, and built-in data acquisition capability. All instrument set up, control and access to stored data and diagnostic information, is available through the front panel, or via RS232, Ethernet, or USB com ports, either locally or by remote connection.The Model T300 comes with NumaView™ Software. NumaView™ Remote PC Software allows for a remote connection with virtual interface and data downloading capability to analyzers operating NumaView™ Software.

Universal Checkback Standalone System

The Universal Checkback Standalone System (UCBS) provides periodic testing of "ON-OFF" carrier sets other than the TC-10B and the UPLC/UPLC-II (which incorporate this same checkback tester internally). The UCBS determines the functionality of the complete channel including the transmitters, receivers and associated coupling equipment. Periodic testing is required for the normally "off" channel, to provide warning of signal deterioration prior to needing it for relaying, The UCBS facilitates automatic testing of the channel at preset intervals. The UCBS is totally field programmable. All programming is done with a computer using the RS232 serial port or limited factory settings with switches on the Checkback module. Front panel LEDs indicate the factory or custom setting applied and the status of alarms.
