Pulsar Microwave Frequency Doublers utilize Schottky diodes in a bridge configuration to accomplish the frequency doubling. The input frequency operates from 0.2 to 6000 MHz. Frequency Quadruplers are also available using using this topology. Designs are matched to 50 Ohms and are available in a wide variety of package styles, such as plug-in, flatpack, and connectorized housings. The RF input signal is conditioned by an RF amplifier that provides sufficient drive for the frequency resolving circuits. The raw video from the resolvers is digitised and processed into the required output format.
