The CLT-303R and CLT-303L Camera Link Translators convert RS-422 & LVDS to Camera Link, enabling the use of cameras incorporating traditional RS-422 and LVDS parallel digital interfaces with Camera Link frame grabbers. The “R” and “L” versions support RS-422 and LVDS cameras, respectively. These Camera Link converters are extremely flexible and can convert a wide range of cameras from parallel digital output to Camera Link base configuration with up-to 24-bit data.

The AX92350 is a PCI Express x1 vision card with vision-specific I/Os and real-time controls. A machine vision system requires accurate interaction between lighting, camera, actuator and sensor devices. The AX92350 vision I/O card integrates LED lighting controller, camera trigger, encoder input, and digital I/O to connect and control all the vision devices. The encoder input function is well-suited for conveyor applications. Our Real Time Interferometric Process Monitor provides high precision detection of film thickness and trench depth during the etching/deposition process.Depending on applications, LEM camera includes a 670 or 905 or 980 nm laser and when mounted on any dry etch/deposition process chamber with a direct top view of the wafer this generates a small laser spot on the sample surface.Interference occurs when monochromatic light hits the sample surface, resulting in different optical path lengths due to film thickness and height variations in the film.This allows the etch/deposition rate and thus thickness to be monitored in real time, also fringes counting or more complex analysis, providing enhanced process control Endpoint for a wide variety of processes. Additionally interfaces can be detected by their change in reflectivity.
