Strain Gauge Simulator
The 40-265 range consists of 6, 4 or 2 channel modules (this version is the 4-channel, 1.5kΩ) that simulate the operation of a range of strain gauges making it ideal for testing strain gauge meters and a wide variety of industrial control systems. The range provides a simple way of replacing in house developed sensors with a low cost simulator having excellent performance. The 40-265 uses the same resistor bridge techniques that real life strain gauges are based on, ensuring accurate emulation under all conditions.

The Dione 640 OEM series is based on an uncooled 12 μm pitch microbolometer detector with a 640 × 480 resolution. The NETD is less than 40 mK (available upon request) or 50 mK. The cores are optimized for low SWaP (Size, Weight and Power). The overall size of the OEM core is 25 x 25 x 10 mm3 and weight is 6 gr. It utilizes Xenics image enhancement for advanced image processing while keeping power consumption low. The SixPak has two components: a relay matrix and a control box, there are several options for the controller.The relay matrix allows the selection of any 6 antennas by 2 radios or feedlines. Its lockout circuitry prevents both radios from selecting the same antenna. (The 6x1 type of SixPak is now replaced by our RatPak remote 6 way antenna switch.)The usual set-up has one SixPak dual rotary control box, which is manually operated from the radios positions. The control box for the 6x2 contains two rotary switches and 12 LEDs, so the operator can see which antennas are selected.
