X-Ray Inspection System
MX1
Manncorp’s new MX1 is a high-performance x-ray inspection system designed for real time imaging of multilayer PCBs and dense metal BGAs, μBGAs, and chip scale packages. Its high voltage (80kV), computer-controlled x-ray tube and 35 μm focal spot provide the power necessary for detection of a variety of defects including bridging, voids, and missing balls. The MX1’s standard camera features continuous zoom magnification from 4X to 50X and variable angle viewing up to 45°, and an upgrade to the x-ray tube can boost magnification to 225X.

The AMIC-30 insulation tester is a small portable meter designed to measure insulation resistance in electrical and telecommunications installations, cables, motors, transformers and other equipment. The test voltage can be programmed in steps from 10 V to 1000 V. The instrument can measure both insulation resistance over a wide range (0,1kΩ...100GΩ), and insulation leakage current, capacitance and other parameters. All test results can be stored in the internal memory and sent to a computer via the included wireless USB receiver. The meters are supplied with rechargeable Ni-Cd batteries.

The SC-20 streak camera system is characterized by its large detection area of 35 mm x 4 mm and a large usable screen diagonal of 40 mm. Signals are mapped onto the fiber optic input window and measured without the need for optical reduction. In the simplest case, the entrance optics consists of a slit mask that lies directly on the entrance window. In addition, a flexible extension with a shutter, a lens mount or an adjustable slot with coupling optics is possible. The time resolution in the sub-nanosecond range qualifies the camera for many applications in detonics and plasma physics.
