e-CAM50_CU9P031_MOD is a 5 MP custom lens monochrome camera module based on Aptina's MT9P031 CMOS image sensor with S-mount lens holder attached to it. The MT9P031 is a 1/2.5" Optical Form factor, Electronic Rolling Shutter CMOS sensor. The e-CAM50_CU9P031_MOD is designed to connect with any Application Processor that has parallel digital video interface. The standard S-Mount lens holder can accommodate a wide range of lenses based on the customer choice. e-CAM50_CU9P031_MOD’s S-Mount holder can also house a fisheye lens or a zoom lens to meet their application requirements.

Debug Fixture

With at-speed test, debug can easily become a problem: If test points are on the bottom, as is often the case for test processing, then this requires the board to be flip over for the debug. However, during at-speed testing, key devices and signal paths are often on the topside. IST Engineering has in-house expertise with debug fixtures, which allow the test technician to flip over a test board, or even hold it vertically for dual-sided access, while still running the Device-Under-Test at full-speed through card-edge connectors - whether these are standard DIN type or F or N type co-ax connectors. The debug stations are constructed robustly, with metal frames and high-grade flexible cabling and can also be used as backup test stations in a manufacturing flow. They can be built with custom machined waveguide connections for RF/Microwave applications, or with standard, off the shelf connectors, as defined by the application. A number of these debug fixtures are in production use with a range of customers.

Wireless In-Circuit Test Fixtures

Higher density more complex circuit boards complicate testing requirements while smaller more tightly spaced test pads create a wiring challenge for the fixture fabricators, test engineers and maintenance personnel. Wireless fixtures solve the challenges associated with the nest of wires found in standard long wire fixtures. Wireless fixtures replace the “nest” of wires with copper traces on a multilayered printed circuit board called a Translator Board or T-Board®. Circuit Check’s wireless fixture technologies reduce test program debug and maintenance times while easing the ECO process. Thus allowing for the higher level of test performance, the ability to probe smaller denser targets and achieve ultra-high node counts.
