Teledyne e2v HiRel Microdosimeter is a compact hybrid microcircuit which directly measures total ionizing dose (TID) absorbed by an internal silicon test mass. The test mass simulates silicon die of integrated circuits on-board a host spacecraft in critical mission payloads and subsystems. By accurately measuring the energy absorbed from electrons, protons, and gamma rays, an estimate of the dose absorbed by other electronic devices on the same vehicle can be made. The Microdosimeter can operate from a wide range of input voltages. The accumulated dose is presented to three dc linear outputs and one pseudo-logarithmic output giving a dose resolution of 14 µrads and a measurement range up to 40 krads. These outputs are intended to be directly connected to most analog-to-digital converters (ADCs) or spacecraft housekeeping analog inputs (0-5 V range), which makes minimal demands on the host vehicle. The Microdosimeter incorporates a test function to allow electrical testing of the hybrid without the need for a radiation source.

Like a Hawk with its remarkable vision, the Hawk Radius Probe “sees” things that other probes cannot. The high sensitivity weatherized pancake sensor can provide early warning of changing ambient radiation conditions, while the energy compensated detector can accurately report penetrating gamma radiation dose rate at elevated levels. Radius probes are typically deployed as part of an environmental radiation monitoring program, or for safety and security systems. In its standard configuration the probe detects beta, low energy gamma and x-radiation with one channel and energy compensated penetrating gamma radiation levels with a second channel. It can be configured to detect alpha radiation as well. The Hawk® Radius has been deployed worldwide in demanding conditions for protecting communities and collecting environmental radiation data. It can be deployed easily and requires minimum maintenance. The Radius is compatible with Medcomʻs GeigerLink adapter and the IMI Gateway App for use with personal computers. The Radiator Flow Test Machine P/N 8601 meets all requirements of military specification MIL-F-45955A (AL). It is completely self contained and requires only connection to a source of shop electrical power to place in operation. A power cable complete with three prong grounding plug is permanently attached to the machine for this purpose. The unit consists of a water storage tank, a pumping system, a flow measuring system, a support and workstation, and the required hose adapters for connection to different size radiators. The complete unit is mounted on swiveling casters. The flow rate is infinitely adjustable from 0 to 120 gallons per minute by means of a panel mounted control valve. The machine is constructed from heavy 10 gauge steel, is double welded and is coated externally and internally with a water-resistant epoxy coating. Flow measurement is accomplished by a digital panel meter with a calibrated accuracy of plus or minus 3 percent of scale between 5 and 120 gallons per minute. Higher flows available on request.
