C/Ku Satellite Monitoring System (SCL-3412) is designed to intercept International/national telecom carriers, GSM A/Abis links and IP Carriers over satellite which are using C, Ku, X or Ka-Band. In order to reduce the manual effort and time consumed in the analysis of the carriers, system is integrated with Satellite Carrier Analysis module, which automatically performs the scanning on the selected spectrum and provide the list of carriers along with their payload type (i.e DCME, GSM or IP) and characteristics parameters. This provides great help to take decision for monitoring of the carriers of interest.

Teledyne RF & Microwave has developed a 35 to 350 MHz custom amplifier with 1 watt output power. The amplifier has 29 dB gain with 3 dB noise figure. The amplifier assembly has a RF switch so that the RF input can be connected directly to the output bypassing the amplifier. The amplifier goes into the "bypass" state when the DC bias is removed from the switch. This unit is one of a series of amplifiers that covers the 1 MHz to 2100 MHz with similar operation.

Full band noise figure and gain test extenders are offered to extend noise and gain measuring capabilities up to higher millimeterwave frequency ranges. These extenders are designed to interface with noise and gain test systems that have an input IF of 10 MHz to 1.6 GHz, such as the industry standard Keysight 8970A/B, N8975A and Maury MT 2075B. The noise figure and gain test extenders include a high-performance, solid-state noise source (STZ series) and a full waveguide down converter (STC series), which consists of a Faraday isolator (STF series), full band mixer (SFB series), frequency multiplier, and IF amplifier. A frequency source with an output signal in the frequency range of 10 to 20 GHz is required as a local oscillator for the down converter. The noise source is automatically powered on and off by the noise figure meter.
