The AWS-0104 is a highly integrated silicon quad core IC intended for radar and 5G phased array applications. The device supports four radiating elements, single beam transmit, and single beam receive and includes all requisite beam steering controls for 6 bit phase and gain control. The device provides 21 dB gain during transmit mode, 21dB gain in receive mode, +15 dBm output power during transmit, and 3.4 dB NF during receive. Additional features include gain compensation over temperature, temperature reporting, and fast beam switching using eight on-chip beam weight storage registers. The device features ESD protection on all pins, operates from a +1.8V supply, and is packaged in a 56 lead 7x7 QFN for easy installation in planar phased array antennas.

Infrared thermometers are a subset of devices known as "thermal radiation thermometers".The design essentially consists of a lens to focus the infrared thermal radiation on to a detector, which converts the radiant power to an electrical signal that can be displayed in units of temperature after being compensated for ambient temperature. This permits temperature measurement from a distance without contact with the object to be measured. A non-contact infrared thermometer is useful for measuring temperature under circumstances where thermocouples or other probe-type sensors cannot be used or do not produce accurate data for a variety of reasons.

Expanded ozone audit levels have created a need for precise ozone calibration well below the capabilities of standard calibrators. The Model T703U is designed to meet the requirements of ultra-low ozone production.In addition to a high range with similar performance to the Model T703, the Model T703U has the capability to generate ozone in a low range, or "fractional" mode, for producing ozone levels down to 3 ppb, with exceptional accuracy. Universal Heading and Track Selector Panel This panel provides a synchro transmitter for Heading and a synchro resolver for Nav converter alignment. The synchros are mounted on industry standard 18:1 dual speed drives for maximum accuracy and repeatability. This unit can be used to calibrate both manual and automatic converters. This panel provides a rear mounted interface connector as well as front mounted tip jacks for independent breakout if so desired. The TA-260 also provides two discrete switches associated with the resolver configuration. The 30Hz/400Hz switch is provided to allow the resolver to be properly compensated for the type of Nav converter to be aligned. The second switch allows you to open or short the resolver rotor lead as may be required by some newer GPS equipment. This panel is lightweight enough for portable use or may be rack mounted.
