RF Noise Source
NS-3
The NS-3 Broadband RF Noise Generator provides an extremely flat AWGN (Additive White Gaussian Noise) signal from 5 to 2150 MHz. The output level adjusts in 0.1 dB steps over a 30 dB range. The bench-top configuration is standard and an optional two unit rack enclosure is available. The RS232 or USB remote control interface simplifies its use in automated test and factory ATE environments. The NS-3's combination of range, versatility and value make it the ideal general purpose broad-spectrum signal source for bench and ATE applications, including C/N, BER, MER, PER testing and rain fade simulation.

Partial Discharge Tester (Dry Type)
Partial Discharge testing is a way of detecting voids or imperfections in insulators that would lead to overheating and breakdown under normal operating conditions. Due to the nature of the signal being measured, this test is very susceptible to electronic and RF noise and a proper corona-free properly isolated test chamber is required.

RF Test Spectrum Measurements over CPRI
Integris 3000
Most modern cell tower network configurations place the Remote Radio Head (RRH) at the top of the tower and the baseband unit(BBU) at the bottom of the tower. While this configuration is advantageous for both computational efficiency and mitigation of RF loss across the cable, it means the only place along RF can be accessed is at the top of the tower. This forces field technicians to have to climb the tower to measure and debug RF noise problems.

Noise Receiver Modules And Noise Switching Modules
MT7553 Series
Noise Parameters are the non-50Ω extensions of Noise Figure, and are an important modeling and model validation tool to understand how a device-undertest’s performance changes as a function of source impedance. Noise Parameter measurements are typically performedusing a Vector Network Analyzer (VNA) to measure the S-Parameters of the DUT, and a Noise Analyzer (either Noise Figure Analyzer NFA or Spectrum Analyzer SA) to measure the noise power of the DUT. Noise parameters are calculated from a combination of knownsource impedances, S-parameters and noise powers.
