This male rear exit to ribbon cable 0.5m long cable assembly is suited for direct connection to all Pickering Interfaces products using the 200-pin LFH connector. It is constructed from 4 bundles of 50-wire round/flat ribbon cables, terminated with 50-pin male 2.54mm pitch IDC connectors. The 200-pin connector can be secured to the product by male screwlocks. This assembly can be used for applications requiring unterminated cables, simply crop off the ribbon cable headers.

If the user requires the connectors to have a second fixing then the connector can be fitted with the optional screwlock assembly 40-969-101 where applications permit.

The unterminated connections are coded to match the connector pin designation and include crimped on ferrules to ensure the wire strands cannot break when they are terminated. When using this product additional cable strain relief arrangements may be necessary and appropriate electrical safety precautions should be observed.
