The vLoc3-Cam is the easiest to use sonde locator on the market today. The omni-directional antenna array allows for approaching the sonde from any position. The directional arrows will guide the user first to the front or rear locate point and then directly to the sondes position. The vLoc3-Cam includes multiple sonde frequencies making it compatible with the major push cameras and crawler cameras on the market. The Pushrod Trace mode shows a second display geared for tracing the path of the pushrod deployed in the pipe or tracing pipes with an optional portable transmitter.

Short Circuit Locator for Power Cables

The A910 is a short circuit locator designed for fault location in power cables. The instrument measures the ratio of the resistances of the two sections of failed conductor using a four-wire "Kelvin" connection, thus eliminating errors associated with contact resistances of the test leads. With the A910 you can determine if the cable has more than a short and locate the first and the last fault. The instrument locates fault with an insulation resistance up to 5 Mohms in cables that have a total resistance greater than 5mohm (approximately 90 m of 300 sqmm cable) and less than 30 kohms. The distance to fault is measured as a percentage of the total length of cable and is displayed on a large LCD display.

To activate the PLB: Pull the retractable antenna out by its end tab, flip open the spring loaded cover over the activation button, hold the button for 1 second until the lights blink. Visual instructions are clearly printed on the case. When activated, the rescueME PLB1 will transmit accurate position data from its 66 channel GPS for a minimum of 24 hours while the integrated strobe light ensures maximum visibility.Ocean Signal has ensured that rescueME, like all of its other safety products, exceeds statutory requirements. RescueME PLB provides an incredible 7 year battery life, and is covered by a 7 year warranty. Even after more than 24 hours of continuous operation, and when the battery power is insufficient to transmit the satellite signal, the PLB1's homing beacon and strobe light will continue to operate.
