Video Distribution Amplifiers (sometimes called a video splitter – not to be confused with a video split screen controller such as our PXD510E split screen controller) are typically used for connecting a camera or other video source to several monitors that do not have “looping” inputs. The goal of the transformer is to inject a signal into the control loop being measured, without impacting the performance of the loop.
