Fault Insertion Unit
The 42-205-008 (PXIe) is an 8-channel fault insertion switch designed to simulate common faults on high speed two wire communication interfaces such as xBaseT1 Ethernet. It is available with 4 or 8 channels of two wire serial connections and can be used for simulating faults on 10BaseT1, 100BaseT1, 1000BaseT1 and 10GBaseT1 Ethernet interfaces.
