This version has normally closed through relays, so in the default state, there is a path between input and output for all signal channels. It is primarily designed for the simulation of fault conditions in automotive & avionics applications involving the reliability testing of safety critical controllers.

This male rear exit to ribbon cable 1m long cable assembly is suited for direct connection to all Pickering Interfaces products using the 200-pin LFH connector. It is constructed from 4 bundles of 50-wire ribbon cables, terminated with 50-pin female 2.54mm pitch IDC connectors. The 200-pin connector can be secured to the product by male screwlocks. This assembly can be used for applications requiring unterminated cables, simply crop off the ribbon cable headers. It can also be used with Pickering 50-Pin Ribbon cable connector blocks.
