Sample rates are 20MHz per channel with a 5MHz 4 pole elliptical analog input filter.

The probe features flat bandwidth (DC-100MHz), low noise(<2.5 mA rms) and low circuit insertion loss. Auto demagnetization (degauss) and calibration removes any residual magnetism and unwanted DC offset in the probe.
